  • Max. file size: 2 GB.
    Include manufacturer name, model and serial number for each unit. For your convenience you can download the HVAC Site Survey template below to input the necessary information and then upload the file.

  • Electrical

    Include all incoming panel information as well as any sub panels with critical connections (ie rooftop units, data server room, etc.)
  • Max. file size: 2 GB.
    Include transformer configuration on voltage (eg. 480/277 wye). Include incoming voltage, bus rating amps and total connected amps, phases, and wires. For your convenience you can download the Electrical Site Survey template below to input the necessary information and then upload the file.
